Help with estimating cost for my startup

Hey guys any help or advice here is greatly appreciated. I'm in the process of figuring up my estimated costs to get my business off the ground and I have or can come up with most of the numbers but the one I'm very unsure how to estimate or what to do to get an estimate is the construction and instalation of the floor plan. My facility setup is basically going to be 3 showers with floor drains and one half bath. I'm not sure if I need to talk to a contractor because I don't like wasting others time if there's a better way to estimate costs without having to go through any unnecessary steps. Thanks
