Went two years with no problems whatsoever from customers and then we got burned by one guy who shopify classified as high risk but we called him and he seemed legit who got the product then did a chargeback and won. I dunno if he stole the credit card or what he did cuz I found his FB and IG and he was showing off the product that he got from us.
Ever since that day we get fraudulent orders ever single fucking week. Sometimes it's 1, sometimes it'll be like 3 or 4 orders in a row. A lot of the addresses were similar so I googled and 75% of the time the address is some sketchy freight forwarder (at least from the google reviews).
We automatically refund those orders now, but it's so fucking annoying. Also it sucks to get a notification on my phone about some big order, get excited, then I log in and see it's fraud and have to refund a $500 order.
So what's the deal? Do any of you guys have issues with this?
