Suggestions on making a more trusting site.

So I have a website for my software.

I'm trying refine my site so that it's feels established, trusted, and provides enough information.

What would you change/add/remove/merge to make people trust it more, and have faith the software works (it does).

My Site (It's niche software, Remote Desktop Security)

What I've done so far just for establishing trust.

  • Class 3 SSL Cert. (Software is also Class 3 Code Signed)
  • Provided phone numbers, and address (Despite almost never utilized)
  • Tried to build a style of site that was not "cheap" looking.
  • coded integration with all other services as seamless as possible.
  • Actively refuse to use mailing list (Despise spam) for other than notifying of software updates or critical issues.
  • Added Live Chat.
