Success has a lot to do with your sense of being Find out how to train yourself to make money and stay in tune with your mind, body and soul
A few weeks ago my fiance' and I went out on a random date night. We ended up at this Hibachi grill right outside of Denver. We walked in, place was pretty empty, and it was kinda strange at first.
Long story short, our chef ended up being the actual owner of the restaurant. Through conversation he told us he sold a Chinese tech company in the early 2000's back in the first tech bubble. He ultimately used that capitol and got into the restaurant business. I told him I did marketing and my passion is business and I gave him a business card of mine. For the next hour we talked about business, entrepreneurship, some politics, and of course, sports.
This morning I got an email from him saying he had a great time chatting with my fiance' and I and he invited us back on a more personal note to continue our talks. Point of this story is this - You never know someone's story and where they come from. If we take initiative and step outside our comfort zone and invest in people a little bit, you could end up actually making a friend.
