Automated E-Mail Tool

Hi Everyone,

I'm selling a software product. Once the gloryful day arrives where a customer buys my software I want to send him(her) a few e-mails over the course of 30 Days (the trial phase) in which I give different tipps how to get the most value out of the software. My idea would be to have those e-mails templated somehow and send them automated to the customer. Do you know such a software/service?
