FT job is trying to get me to sign an NDA? Should I just quit and take the leap?

I have been going slow on the startup for awhile because of transfering to a new department at the corporate day job.

But now they are trying to get me to sign a particularly all inclusive NDA with some absurd statements in it. And holding my pay and threatening my job if I don't sign.

Is this the sign to just take the leap? I'm quite away from selling but this NDA would possibly restrict me for an entire year after ceasing employment.
