Just finished a Hackathon and was top 5, Wanted to reach out to everyone here to get your feedback.

So I just finished a hackathon at Angelhack SF. Anyway we built an automated customer service platform that helps small business or startups with customer service by allowing customers to talk with a chat bot that learns over time how to answer questions from customers. If the bot can't answer questions then it will ping a founder or person of contact at the business to step in and help answer the question.

The process is a iPhone app for customers and a web dashboard for businesses.

Process steps: * Select company you would like to contact * Enter your inquiry * Chat to solve your issue.

The goal is help the businesses I mentioned to manage customers when they have other responsibilities like building the product, talking to investors, and generally running the business.
