Should this be a product?

I developed a tool to butterfly hot dogs & brats quickly, safely, and with uniformity. If you've never had a butterflied hot dog on the grill, you should definitely try it. I realized a few days ago this might be a product others might like. Is this something you would buy for $10 dollars? Trying to see if there's a market for this before I look at production.
