Type 1 and the top of my thighs are itchy and burn

Hey guys, I recently found out I'm t1 and lately my thighs itch badly and occasionally seem to radiate heat. I tried looking it up, but there are so many different types and causes I'm wondering if any of you have had the same thing. I have an Endo appointment at the end of the month but I'm wondering if I should get it checked before
