Hiring artist for product, need waiver/NDA to be sole owner of art?

We have a product coming out next month and we are hiring an artist to do our promotional art. Is there a generic waiver or NDA form that is used for the artist to acknowledge that we will own the art?

We don't want to see it online or any other forms of publication.
