Where to start?

I am in the brainstorming stage. I'm wanting to to an organic grocery delivery type business. I live in a fast growing area and think there is a growing market for it in my area. I am unsure of where to start though. Its just me so I need to figure out how to keep inventory, figure out where im going to get the produce from, and the best way to get in touch with an advisor that I can talk to to get my head wrapped around this because jesus christ is it overwhelming. Anyways, any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated!
