Good Way to budget Online Web Payments for shared expenses with business partner/roommate?

Guys...i need a cool app or service that makes life easy for me :)

I run an online Company which accepts payments via Stripe.com

and i live with my business partner who makes a percentage on certain sales that come in.

im really eager to start paying us out through direct to bank transfers via stripe now that we have excess money after bills but i wish there was an easy and visual way (an app or something) that could make it simple

right now we have shared expenses that total of about 4,000/month

this is rent/ utilities/cable/2 programs used to run the business etc.

anything after that initial margin could just go straight to our pockets...

an average sale situation for us is

sale made for 2,499

400/ goes to the expense of that sale

2100 is split evenly between me and my partner

then there are some sales where the entire 2499 goes to me...no expense/ no split

im in charge of paying all the bills from my accounts....whats an easy way to structure this so that bills are guaranteed to be paid without putting all the money in my business partners hands and having him self manage till bill time?
