How can I make money while helping other people make money?

Recently I have discovered the country where I was born in has talented graphic designers for a really cheap price ($10 or less per design). The problem is most of them, do not have a paypal account. They take payment through their bank wire transfer. Basically, what they are eliminating the whole world from their potential clients. I am working on a project that (hopefully) will show them how to sell their work internationally through tools that are already available online (t-shirt fulfillment, etsy, shopify). I wanted to create a blog, write a case study in my first language (which will be challenging) and hopefully help people make more money.

Recently, I watched a Jack Ma video and he said that he was making no money for a few years of his business, while the Chinese people make a lot of money from Alibaba. Even though it sounds really good at first, I find that it's hard to do.

what do you guys think? How can I monetize what I am planning to do? Should I reach out to the company that I am planning to promote and try to get some partnership going or should I try to get a following from the people in the country and build it up from there. Please advise.
