Success has a lot to do with your sense of being Find out how to train yourself to make money and stay in tune with your mind, body and soul
Hello fellow entrepreneurs and wantrepreneurs,
Recently a business opportunity has presented itself to me. I have a potential partner who is a fully-licensed private tour-guide in Cambodia. He wants to have his own business and I want to get into the industry. We've done a lot of preliminary work already in terms of creating our marketing plan and materials. We aim to have a company setup and ready for high-season come winter.
We're debating how best to structure our company. Should we register as a company in Cambodia and operate solely out of there? Or would it be better to register as a company in another country and register to operate in Cambodia instead of being founded there? Cambodia isn't known for its ease of doing business. Our registration location has implications in regards to processing credit card payments online.
I would very much appreciate advise from anybody who has experience with selling non-tangible goods in multiple countries.
