Registering my ed-tech business in California

Success has a lot to do with your sense of being Find out how to train yourself to make money and stay in tune with your mind, body and soul

I run a website that offers tutoring to individual students, and also contracts with schools throughout the country. I'm 19 , and my dad filed taxes for me last year. When I had to report my type of business to schools that used my website, I listed myself as something like a sole proprietor or independent contractor.

Since I'm projecting to make a lot more money next year, is there anything I have to do to keep my business running legally? Any tips or advice is appreciated.
