Any Instagram experts want to give some tips?

So, I started any IG for my shop (fashion shop) a week ago and have 120 followers with three shoutouts lined up from fairly big IG accounts.

I use Instagress and that helps out a lot, but I'm not sure if I should be having more followers by now or not?

Other than posting a couple times a day, using Instagress, and getting shoutouts...what else can I do other than wait?
