Facebook mobile ad troubleshooting - Why aren't my mobile ads displaying correctly?

Note: I've searched but can't find exactly what I'm looking for here.

I built two sets of A/B ads for an eccomerce business I'm trying to start. Ads are 600x315 pixels, and I have added a title and text (maybe the problem?). This was the suggestion per the program I'm following (no need for comments on this, I'm really busy but excel at course type learning environments).

The ads appear cut off in the mobile preview, any experts have any thoughts?
