How can I tell if an alibaba vendor is legit? I want to buy about 10-15k worth of phones but from everyone I've talked with, they want me to send money via western union/moneygram or direct bank transfer. When I heard this at first, it seemed like a scam. But the more I talk to the more it's clear this is how payments are done from my understanding.

Is there any advice you guys can give me in dealing with alibaba vendors and choosing the right one?
