How I made money off of my first youtube video.

Success has a lot to do with your sense of being Find out how to train yourself to make money and stay in tune with your mind, body and soul

To start, I put this video of my cat online.

I posted it to reddit, and it had around 7K views within the first day.

I got offers from companies to "license it" in exchange for 40% of the profit and a cash advance of $100. I turned down the cash advance in favor of a 70/30 profit split rather than a 60/40. I turned on all the possible ads, and by the end of the day the video was running un-skippable video ads.

The video now has 33,000 views.

I made 6 cents off of advertising revenue, and nothing from the license. With the profits, I can now afford to add sprinkles to my previously plain frozen yogurt at the mall.
