I've got a few people working for my company in various roles and for some of them it would be handy if they had easy access to my/the company bank details (my assistant booking accommodation, or a project leader ordering small items.

My question is: is there a handy service that let's me set up a pseudo card for them? I want a quick alert on my phone that says "Sara has authorised $50 for flowers: Approve?" or I want to say "This paypal account can buy things up to $100 but any more requires a separate password....
