Success has a lot to do with your sense of being Find out how to train yourself to make money and stay in tune with your mind, body and soul

Hello entrepreneurs of Reddit. I'm interested in importing African print along with dresses and accessories to U.S. from West Africa Ghana. I'm currently a college dropout due to financial issues so I have a bit of free time to dedicate to this project. I work part time at  Menswearhouse but will soon transition to full time to pay for the goods and any other things needed to start this business. I plan to bring samples of clothing and material to show to potential customers since it will be custom made and not pre-made shirts such as he ones you buy at stores. I have the prices already listed in a book I use. I have been looking to start this business for some years now but have had a fear of failure. Now I believe I'm ready and had overcome the fear and plan take on whatever comes my way. I have a few questions I would like to ask the business men who have imported and exported product overseas and also to other businessmen. Sorry if I'm all over the place.

  1. What are some recommended ways to attract customers to my product.

  2. For the businessmen who working with importing and exporting merchandise, how do you manage it to make sure everything is in order?

  3. Which company is best to use when it comes to importing product from west Africa to united States.

  4. What's the actual process of getting inventory from point A to point B?

  5. What kind of licenses would I need to import my product

  6. What kind of taxes should I expect to pay when I import? Is it by weight or by crate and what is process in getting the product from one country to another

  7. How much time should I expect to dedicate myself to planning and the work needed to start.

I will try my best to reply to all
