Trying to figure out the revenue of small artisan producers of chocolate, beer, wine, honey and other similar products

Success has a lot to do with your sense of being Find out how to train yourself to make money and stay in tune with your mind, body and soul

Hello fellow redittors,

I'm playing around with an idea and I'm trying to figure out the revenue of small producers of artisan/craft chocolate, beer, wine, honey and other consumable products like that. First in the UK and then in the US.

Does anybody know where I can find that information? Googling I found several articles, but they seem to focus on the outliers, the wild successes, while I'm more interested in the average or mean.

Thanks.
