UPDATE 3 weeks later: What would you do with a lot of warehouse space?

When I posted 3 weeks ago, the general consensus was that the best idea for a lot of empty warehouse space was to run a fulfilment centre. This is in line with what we had thought ourselves so over the last few weeks I've started working out how the whole operation should work; pricing strategies, the software that we'll need, what we would need in the warehouse itself and of course, a website.

I have bought the domain name for it but not transferred the site onto it yet. What are your thoughts on this website? It's using a slightly customised Wordpress theme. We're obviously yet to put our own logo into it but I think the homepage is just about there.

I'm in 2 minds whether to keep it a one page site or to change it into aproper site with multiple pages. My issue is that the 'services' page would be quite small as the only thing we want to do initially is pick 'n' pack. Thoughts?
