Would love some help increasing conversions on my landing page

Success has a lot to do with your sense of being Find out how to train yourself to make money and stay in tune with your mind, body and soul

Hello, /r/Entrepreneur!

Although my company is a little different from what I usually see posted here, I was hoping you could help me increase my conversions by telling me what I could do to gather more emails on my landing page. My friend, who is a web developer, was supposed to make me a WordPress landing page, but he's been busy with his other clients, so I went ahead and just made a simple Unbounce page to test my MVP. I'd love to hear your thoughts on why it sucks so much!

My company is Sangria Tours. When we launch next Spring, we are planning to lead all-inclusive, weekend getaways to hidden gem destinations around the San Francisco Bay Area. We'll take guests, in groups of 8, hiking, kayaking, horse-back riding, etc. and provide them with local, fresh food and behind the scenes tours of different things like cheese making and farm life. Our guests will stay in boutique hotels and be chauffeured to the next activities in a private van.

We're trying to make it easier and more convenient for people to take quick vacations to the beautiful locations near where they live. By offering set getaway packages, we're also hoping to make it easier for groups of friends to travel together. Instead of emailing back and forth and coordinating with your group of friends and trying to please everyone, we're hoping our vacation packages make it easier for people to propose a trip and travel together. Some benefits of taking a trip with Sangria Tours include:

  1. No one has to be in charge of making reservations
  2. No one has to front the money and worry about being paid back for anything.
  3. No one has to be the designated driver.
  4. No airfare, so it's cheaper and you spend less time in transit.
  5. You get exclusive activities and are taken to places that are not generic tourist stops.

I personally think it's a great idea and would go on these trips myself, but so far, I've got 0 conversions despite having about 200 or so visitors from targeted Facebook ads that I've been running. I've gotten about a 3.7% CTR with my Facebook ads, but once they get to the site, they won't input their email, even though I'm offering $100 off when we launch next Spring.

It could be that no one wants my service, but I'm more inclined to think that I'm doing a horrible job of presenting it, since this is my first crack at online marketing. If you think you could help, I'd love to hear your feedback. Tell me what's good, what's bad. I don't really care, I just need the feedback so I can make it better!

Thanks so much for taking the time to read!
