I started a career development website, it's pretty innovative I think, and we have had decent traffic our first month but it has plateaued in month 2. Our marketing channels are Quora, ProductHunt, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and our blog. What else can we do before we have to start paying for advertising?
